Subscriptions & billing
Manage or cancel your subscription
AtlasStreak subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they're managed in your Apple account rather than in the app. Open Apple's subscription settings — or, on your iPhone, tap Settings → your name → Subscriptions — then choose AtlasStreak. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
I've reinstalled or switched device
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used originally and your subscription and data come with you. If the app still asks you to subscribe, tap Restore on the subscription screen to re-check your purchases with Apple.
Refunds
All App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by us — we're not able to issue one directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the app caused the problem, email us too so we can fix it.
Your data
My workouts aren't syncing
AtlasStreak is offline-first: everything you log is saved on your device straight away and stays fully usable with no signal, then syncs once you're back online and signed in. If a device looks out of date, check you're signed in to the same account on both, and open the app with a working connection to let it catch up. Still stuck? Email us — please don't delete the app, as that removes anything not yet synced.
Delete your account
In the app, go to Settings → Account Actions → Delete account. This permanently removes your synced data from our systems and can't be undone. Deleting the app on its own removes only the local copy.
Access or export your data
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email us and we'll handle it — see our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Apple Health
Health access is entirely optional and AtlasStreak works fully without it. When it's on, we read data such as sleep, steps and heart metrics to estimate recovery and auto-complete habits. Manage it in the app under Settings → Health → Apple Health, or revoke it any time on your iPhone via Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → AtlasStreak.
Bugs and feature requests
Both very welcome, and they genuinely shape what gets built next — send them to tavis@atlasstreak.com. For a bug, tell us what you expected to happen and what happened instead; a screenshot helps a lot.
